We require a nonrefundable (after 7 days) deposit of $75.00 to reserve a puppy. We will do everything in our power to get you the puppy you want. The order of choosing a puppy will be in the order of deposits received as long as your pick is made on or before the puppies fifth week. We do this in order to be fair to everyone that has made a deposit. We do suggest people wait until the puppies are 7 weeks old to pick them up. This is the optimum age according to the experts - it's enough time for them to learn pack rules and the perfect time to bond with their new people. Under certain circumstances we will allow them to go as early as 6 weeks.

Bringing home a puppy is a joy and also a large commitment. It takes a lot of work. We therefore, offer a 15 day grace period. If for any reason you decide this puppy is not a good fit or your life circumstances change you may return the puppy for an exchange of another puppy of equal value or you may have a refund of the original purchase price less the $75.00 deposit. [Registration papers must be returned with the puppy. Shipping is at owner expense.]
Puppies will come to you well socialized, their dewclaws removed, and current on their vaccines (distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella, also rabies if old enough). They will also be parasite free, and will have been implanted with a Home Again microchip. [You will be responsible for registration of the microchip or you may pay the registration fee to us and we will gladly do it for you.]
Picking up your puppy is always best for the puppy. However; we will ship (weather allowing). The cost of delivery would be the price of the crate to ship (refundable if returned) and the shipping charge only. Since Doc is a veterinarian there would be no charge for the health certificate.
